At Nannies and Helpers we are dedicated to recruiting and placing the top nannies in the industry. We are committed to finding each nanny the right fit and to representing only the absolute best! The nannies that we represent are qualified, have outstanding references, and are passionate about working with children. We get to know you so that we can personally match you with the perfect job!
We get to know you.
All our nannies must firstly go through our 10step NannyScreen process to ensure they meet the criteria in order to be part of the team at Nannies and Helpers. After reviewing your CV we will schedule for you to come in and meet us face to face to learn more about you!
We do our reference checks.
After a successful interview, we will call upon at least two of the families or childcare places you have worked for in the past so we can be sure you are as great as we think you are! After this you are on your way to getting placed with a fantastic family.
We match you to families.
Based on who you are and your specific skills, we will submit your profile to be reviewed by a family we believe would be a good fit. The family will review you and decide whether or not to further the process.
We schedule interviews.
We will coordinate and schedule interviews with any families that want to meet you, and provide tips to be successful in the process! After the interview, we follow up with both you and the family for feedback. Our fingers are crossed at this stage!
A family would like to hire you- yay! Nannies and Helpers will assist you to negotiate your salary, define the terms of your employment, and coordinate your contract to ensure smooth sailing.
